When my sister decided to relocate from Florida to Tennessee she was lucky enough to find Debbie's name on line. Debbie was easy to talk to, readily empathised with her difficult situation and quickly took on board her specific requirements. Most of the time communication was long distance with Debbie providing detailed information and pictures of all properties she considered suitable. My sister trusted Debbie's judgement completely and was delighted with the home she eventually purchased. Both before and after this transaction Debbie could not have been more helpful and supportive. Sadly my sister became ill soon after moving to Tennessee and passed just over a year later. The house had to be sold and once again Debbie proved invaluable to our family: not only in finding a buyer but also in liaising with other professionals and providing assistance in so many other practical ways.
